Kingfisher House is a combination of a chef training facility, hotel, restaurant and conference facilities, based in Bradford, Yorkshire. The 35,000 sq ft development aims to develop a specialist Centre of Excellence in Asian cuisine chef training and its new world food restaurant will comprise a rooftop dining area.
Brentwood were appointed to provide the mechanical and electrical services design across the four storey building.
